Spotlight : The Arts Alliance "Encouraging artistic expression in all disciplines" is just one of the many commitments held by The Arts Alliance of the Lower Hudson Valley. "This non-profit 501(c)3 organization was created to promote awareness of and participation in the arts through educational programming and collaborations between artists in the local and international communities. The arts represent a global common language that is capable of communicating across language, cultural and educational barriers."

One example of TAA's work is the upcoming "Art About Water: The Moodna Creek Watershed " project, which features a musical performance by Grammy award winning saxophonist Paul Winter.
