Spotlight : Historic Walking Tour of Colonial Terraces
Since Colonial Terraces was built as a planned community, there is a story to tell regarding the ideas and features that are part of what make this neighborhood unique. To help you appreciate what those are, there is a self-guided tour with descriptions.
Ask for the handout with the map and information. This is also available off of the City of Newburgh's official website, and the new "Experience Newburgh" map released in July of 2006.
UPDATE: Our historian and Colonial Terraces resident, Brian Flannery, will be a guide for a group at 11:00 AM. If you want to be part of the group be at Clinton Square (Fullerton & 3rd) before the start time. ¶ 10:13 AM
